Hawaii Meeting 2009 The Hawaii Meeting 2009 will be presented on January 22-23, 2009 at the beautiful Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. This is the premiere dental meeting in the Pacific and it draws attendees from the US mainland, the Pacific Rim and around the world.
