The HDA's membership directory is compiled and published here by the Hawaii Dental Association. It is a resource for the public to access professional information about individual dentists in Hawaii. Using the HDA's membership directory is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use for the HDA's Web site and also the following:

The public may use the HDA's membership directory to quickly access information about HDA-member dentists. However, this directory is not a referral service. For more information about HDA-member dentists, consumers should contact their district dental societies.

Third parties, - including but not limited to insurance companies, hospitals, health-care entities and/or managed-care organizations - should not use this directory to verify information or credentials of dentists. The information in the HDA membership directory is not sufficient to meet the standards of regulatory or licensing agencies or credentialing organizations.

This directory and/or any of its individual information/components may not be downloaded, republished, resold or duplicated, in whole or in part, for any purposes whatsoever, including to compile mailing lists or any other lists that include dentists. This directory may not be used to create data or statistical files.

The Hawaii Dental Association makes every effort to keep this information accurate and up-to-date. However, the accuracy and timeliness of this information is not guaranteed. The HDA does not assume responsibility for errors or omissions. The HDA neither endorses any individual in the directory nor does it endorse any product or service that individual may provide. In no event shall the Hawaii Dental Association be liable to directory users or anyone else for decisions that are made or actions that are taken in relying on this information.
