HDA Classified Ads
Hawaii Dental Association Classified Ads are for Hawaii Dental Association members only. Classified ads are free and can be up to fifty words each and posted to our website.
Here are the guidelines for submitting a classified ad. HDA Classified Ads are free, come out on the 15th of each month, and can list anything at all. Just follow these 10 guidelines. *Please note that these guidelines have been updated.*
1. Only HDA members can advertise. (No staff, corporate offices, vendors, representatives, agents, etc.)
2. Ad must contain the member’s name in this format, “Dr. Mary Jones”, either within the text or in the contact information.
3. Ad can list a contact person who is not a member as long as member’s name is shown.
4. Ads have a fifty-word limit including the headline. Use Microsoft Word Count Function to meet the 50 word limit.
5. Sorry, no photos, graphics/images, websites or other links, bold, symbols/characters, emojis, capitalization or highlighting can be in the ads. The email will go out in plain text only, for uniformity.
6. Only two ads per member, per issue.
7. Ad will run two months and will be automatically deleted after two months.
8. You can resubmit the ad for reinsertion by resending the ad to HDA.
9. Ads are emailed and posted to our website.
10. Deadline for submission is the 11th of each month. Submit ad to HDA@hawaiidentalassociation.net
NOTE: Beware of people contacting you from your ad who may be trying to scam you. Only do business with those people you trust and NEVER send anyone any money based on a “negotiation” they are having with you. Contact us if that happens.
AND REMEMBER: Content of ads (and any representations made in ads) is the responsibility of the member who is advertising. Ads are provided as a service to HDA members and imply no warranty, guarantee or commercial relationship between the member who is advertising and the Hawaii Dental Association.
